so your $500pw is now $1000 pw INCOME with no mortgage in retirement....and maybe a $1m capital base (from $80-100k).
Still possible to set yourself up with basic assumptions NOW.
These properties for now are cash flow positive.
A $420k property with $336k Mortgage is currently $225pw. Rent is circa $390-$400
