What I find interesting, is the ASX is up 20 - 25% in 12 months, yet the property naysayers and doomsayers that inhabit this forum haven't seemed to benefit from the alternative asset class? If RE is so bad, why aren't they absolutely killing it in an alternate investment class?
It's an investment forum after all. Maybe they are the ones wasting everybody's' time?
Can't make money in RE, can't make money anywhere else either so it seems?
