Young people have votes avagadro (so Gov'ts beware) besides, a steady 10% growth per annum in house prices is an impossibility.
A $1,000 deposit in the bank during February 1920 at 10% and compounded annually would have resulted in a deposit of $13,780,612 this month - see what I mean.
