That wasn't me... I was looking in Melb Western burb for my 3rd one. But my fund tied up in business for the next 2 yrs. What I'm afraid is the price is keep on going up because of damn Chinese money.... I will not consider Ballarat or rough strech the way to Geelong (i.e. Lara).
