No I think it was Domain or realestate.com.au or one of the other trustworthy sources of real estate analysis saying a 10% gain was the minimum and a 20% gain is likely.
The feeling is now that with a lot of people dying in China no one will want to live there anymore so all money will flow out of there completely and those gains could be seen by mid year with more upside on top of that.
Hopefully the virus can really spread and take hold now so our real estate values can realise their true potential. There is little doubt that our market is undervalued vs what it could be if we open our arms and hearts up to much higher foreign ownership of Australia.
