This is in addition to negative interest rates where you will have to pay the bank money to have cash with them. If we can perhaps reduce the GCT discount window to 6 months or so (for property only) more and more people can shift ALL their savings into deposits for more property too. We just need to ensure there is no competition for investment though, so additional taxes on share purchases, crypto, gold etc.
