Yeah yeah same old story again, people will stop having children migration will stop and population growth will then be reduced to near zero , thats right and all children will live at home permanentlycomplete with grandparents.
Get a grip folks you can not manufacture property hence you get demand, but if you paid too much for your property you will see a pullback in certain areas ,
Maybe Nickoo's family are big real estate agents trying to push prices down ,
