    We have recently moved to Sydney, and have rented a place in Lindfield, I guesstimate it would sell for about 1 million at the moment. It needs some serious maintenance, but its four bedrooms, with pool, and large living areas, makes it a really nice place to live. quiet street...etc etc. Anyway, we are paying $450 per week for it...thats a gross rental return of about 2.3%.
    I would rather be paying this rent, than receiving it!!
