Sold the property in March last year, have been renting a 4 bedroom house on Olivers Hill for $230 pcm.
Property prices have come back around 10-15% in and around Frankston in the last two months.
Yes I have been talking to a few real estate agents lately as you may be aware.
So far 100% hit rate on the new gadget.
