Just finished reading the full set of articles. An interesting read indeed....what I have been thinking and saying for a long time. Unfortunately, no one will take notice of anything like this because it goes against what they believe in and what they want to happen. They provide you with the same old boring arguments as to why property will keep booming and that we are not in a bubble....you can't argue with facts however. Everyone's an expert. Time will tell. As they say, you can't tell when a bubble has formed until after it has burst. What will the optimists be saying then? I wonder.
