    malanno - it doesnt surprise me to hear that the cheaper properties are more likely to sell at auction at the moment.
    MOst that could afford the $400K price range would already have bought.
    You would expect that the last few people to get onto the property bandwagon would also be those who couldnt afford to get on before.
    From some of the people I know who have bought recently this is the case. These people also lost money most in the tech boom, this is why they are now investing in the one asset that never goes down -bricks and mortar. Sorry bbm, I forgot sarcasm is your territory. Glad you liked the report.

    Wonder why we havent heard from Grant62 in all this.
    Maybe he is organising a sell-down of his property portfolio.
