AFR last week had a story on the property boom/bubble. Person quoted (deustche) said that if/when bubble eventuates, everyone but the investors themselves will be blamed (Real estate agents,Banks, RBA) in my opinion, the only person to blame is the person doing the buying, you can blame these `hot property' shows all you want but at the end of the day if your gullible enough to pay an absurd price for a place, your bad luck.
