the baby boom generation is coming into retirement age.the next generation(buyers)are a lot smaller in numbers.so it comes down to, will the buyers of the future be wealthy enough to buy the properties that come up for sale as the baby boomers retire.or will they demand lower prices,especially if interest rates rise.
