this is serious...economy is on the "up" but property is on the "down" !
we thought that it is not possible ! (some, anyway...)
and in china...they have so much property stock in 'reserve'...if we knew real number we'd all sell our mining shares and bunker down for recession !
some reports were (past tense) saying about 200 mill people but they surely built some since then...
