I'm an optimist and very bullish about the long term future of Australia. That doesn't mean I'm also not a realist and understand that we're entering the largest debt deleveraging and asset deflation cycle this nation has seen in at least a generation (perhaps ever).
So while there is pain ahead for some, I remain uber bullish that there will be once in a lifetime buying opportunities in a few years time of virtually all assets - particularly housing. After every storm the sun eventually comes out.
