Property bulls are lovely people - but as to being on fire, well, unless they want their bum on fire they probably need to get back to some old school property investment style.

You know, radical stuff where an investment actually pays its way.

I know that sounds outlandish - but just in case the mere smidge of a chance of a global wipeout actually catching up with Australia ---------- it might be really really smart to be able to actually cover your mortgage and be in front enough to pay the other bills.

Sorry to sound so bloody boring, but some may not have noticed that the world is in a slight spot of bother right now.
