It was all in the % drop , my point was it took 12 months to sell, not 2 weeks that we are seeing now.
I can assure you all, if you are desperate to sell and only 1 buyer comes along with the $$$ but 25% less than u paid, this will trigger a drop.
Prices will recover but not for a few years after the drop.
I do not think to many HC members remember mainline, cambridge credit, or home units australia ??????
