property bust signal stock boom

Just a thought, looks like it its finally come at long last and the property bubble has been popped and should deflate over next 2 years..

with all the investors locking in propfits and just the general cash flow coming in from people selling.. no point buying property again untill the bottom in 2010ish..

Could people then start feeding their pennys into the stock market instead?

i mean, people will rather buy under valued stocks (as they all are now) instead of holding onto or buying property that is seriously over valued..
