Who wants a yield of 4.6% when the bank pays over 8% for 12 months bank bills.
And who wants a measly yield like that if yourproperty will fall in value.
And what are the repayments on a 450k loan...lets say around $800 a week and you get $400 a week rent lol.
Then add on rates insurance water wear and tear and bad tennants.

What sort of investor do these fools think we are.

Sure its an investment but its a bloody bad one.
