(a) People with an agenda are selective about what information they present.
(b) People who are not property investors do not understand the figures, they display their ignorance with statements like "Who wants a yield of 4.6% when the bank pays over 8%"
I alternate between an energetic desire to argue the case and an attitude of not being stuffed anymore. In the end I have made good money on property and will continue to do so.
All the energy I expend on this thread doesn't help me one iota. If someone doesn't see opportunity then good luck to them in all their endeavours.
