Passive1 someone made mention a few months ago about sending pensioners to rural areas to free up inner city housing . I thought it was a bizzare comment BUT the more I think about it there is a fair bit of logic in the concept .
Doctors especially newbies or imports , teachers , Police , paramedics and maybe many others in the public service are looked on favourably ,I think, if they are prepared to work in regional areas .
Pensioners, underemployed , ? ,? , should be adopted into the system . lol
cheers g ps i am joking as we all have the right to live where we want but in saying that those in the N.Territory used to be heavily subsidized to live in that area .
