Fat B,
Sorry I missed you during your daily lunch hour session.
"...and when property falls you'll find out the hard way..."
Yes, that's what the tragic renters were telling me in the 1990s.
[And I'm racking my brain with wonder at how you envisage my "hard fall" taking place?]
"...why do you repond (sic) to so many of my posts?"
Two reasons, both fairly self-evident. It's because:
1. You address them expressly to me, and
2. I can't resist standing up for fact in the face of fallacy. A bit like King Arthur in his noble quest for the Holy Grail, Fact-Based Truth is my spiritual quest.
"Comes accross (sic) more like a case of wanting to silence a message that conflicts with your wishes."
I have no particular wish when it comes to property prices; I am completely agnostic.
I wish only for the truth to be perpetuated (see 2 above).
No doubt you'll fire some more posts later tonight when you get off duty from the daily grind of working for the man in order to pay the rent.
Me, I think I'll leave my fully-owned property now for a few holes of golf.
(Rent avoidance has afforded me that privilege)
Adieu, oh worker bee, adieu.
