Totally agree there are plenty of ways to make money in the property market these days. There are many people out there in dire need to sell and if you put yourself into the right time and place you can make a killing. I do it all the time, although I must say I am not as generous as you because I treat it as a business not a charity and therefore can't let emotion rule. It was nice of you to help the fellow out though.
