    That wouldn't be becuase of the "greed is good" 1980s would it? Wasn't that the decade that saw the birth of the peculiarly Australian phenomenon the "little landlord"?

    McMansions are like the last of the V8 muscle cars in the face of rising fuel prices. Look forward to higher density, smarter architecture, green design.
