The AFR had the IMF article on page 4. But on the next page had "City rents rocket as vacancies fall."
Auzzie residential property does look overvalued on fundamental measures (e.g. rental yield, wage to house price ratios, international comparisons etc). However I think supply restrictions (e.g. land release, NIMBY planning controls etc) will hold up prices for the forseeable future.
