Wooldog, spend 500k to build a lovely house. This is the problem. spending 500k biulds effectively an unaffordable homes. We need to get people to chnage their mindset regarding housing that a simpler, cheaper and greener house is what should be on the shopping,
Dude, try finding a house under million, seems that you dont have an issue with affordability. there are people on mimimum wage spending 3/4 of that on housing rent etc. I dont think they are looking at $1m houses, just some where clean, warm, dry and safe.
