    Full mortgage payment on 460K borrowed is 1757/fortnight, say 1800 to round off, 900 a week for a min wage person, lol, they will never be able to build/buy that comfy home.

    Time for a 15-20% correction over 2008/2009, i.e. 450K av Perth price will be 360-400 say, much better for the average punter.
