re: property crash here we come (stocko) Its only 0.25%. Anyone who has not factored this into an investment property deserves to lose money, and yes there will be a few. It's not quite the doom you are all calling just yet. Give it another 6 - 12 months and if rates keep rising then we will have a lot of sorry people out there.
