I do not fully agree. Property prices especially close to major cities is still cheap when compared to rest of the western world. What we will probably see is a flattening of prices and a drop in unit prices. I am glad I bought into the Sydney and Brisbane markets 10 years ago.
The Upside, renters will slowly see an increase in rent.
