property crash here we come, page-51

Hi Z. DHA is a big renter in my town and my neighbour has a couple of houses rented to them. The difficulty is that the properties on the market with their leases are overpriced and they will not "pre-commit" if you are building. I built a new one a few years ago which they didn't want. Didn't look too closely really and knocked it back because it was a bit too good possibly.
How do you beat this?
