My plans when property crash,s. Pay cash for a house at half the price, stuff the banks who will have you pay twice the price over the term of the loan, and stuff the unrealistic asking prices touted by greedy real estate agents who are still trying to convince sellers they can achieve boom time prices, they can,t everyone knows it. Please tell me why is it that truth in advertising does not apply to real estate agents in this country. My future son inlaw ceased being a real estate agent and is now a car salesman i am more proud of him and he says he sleeps better at night,that says alot about the real estate business and its image in many eyes, greed got you where you are, live with it.
