Point Cook is prime FHB territory, or should I call it sub-prime territory. Rewind back to 2009 - young couples were stampeding to Pt Cook to buy land/house packages with the FHOG boost. Now, you see the For Sale signs and heaps of homes for rent as well. See the vacancy rate chart here:
