Get used to it there's be plenty to choose from. AS for me, wait around for at least a couple of years before jumping in. If interest rates go anywhere near 9-10% you'll remember all those times you rang a real estate agent and inquired about a property, left a message and never heard from him again.
Give you a clue....check how many real estate businesses are for sale?????????
