    So the property investment market is not just confined to the OZ market.
    Since the property market is flourishing in so many countries, I wonder if it is more to do with the overall intelligence and information now available to investors, since the 'net' and infor technology become available to the average person.
    There may be an overall worldwide avoidance to risk as shown in the share market, plus I do believe the enormous salary taken by CEO's leaving crumbs for investors may have something to do with it.

    Tax is only one part of the equation, there are many factors which influence investors appetite.

    What are the other choices available to the average investor, assuming he or she has a full time job and limited time to spend on research and monitoring same?
