The GUL market capitalisation is not reflecting the property investments, cash on hand, ASX investments and the fact that we getting substantial gold royalties. The buying pressure is coming and the sales team are getting signatures on the dotted line. Phase two has all approvals and will be coming to market within the next six months. We have circa 10 million worth of land. This is a set and forget stock.
