    Rebel as I stated on the other thread you started if you are going to exit a property purchase in such a small timeframe then this sort of outcome is a very likely one.

    Boom - where the hell has it been boom in the last 3 years. I know it hasn't been boom in these areas for years now. It has been easing back a bit from the peak and treading water - hardly a crash either.
