up till 2014 it will be a tough market, slight increase around 2012 but then it will settle.....
im hoping the market will slide quickly next two years......i just sold my property on the weekend...hapy to go and rent for the next few years and hold cash, earning interest that covers any rent costs......
'09 the buyers will dry up even more than currently...sellers will start to panick and drop prices....
