im just sticking half of the sale funds into the bank.... not chasing anything risky or high return for now with 50% of the funds...

got 7% over 12 mths...im happy with that! will do at short notice..

rest i intend to add to my initial funds i play with on the asx daytrading, see how it goes for next 6 mths..then maybe after that toss some money into the daughters unit development if it goes forward kincella..

mind you things may change in 2009 depending on the economic conditions..
