Booz, with respect mate ive been in and out of more property last 30 years than you have had feeds mate....havnt lost yet a cent on any deal yet...this is number 14 sale.
the market indicators tell me its time to sell after owning this particular property for 6 years...
market where i live will slide way more yet..current market prices are not sustainable i guarantee...i live in nth qld not in a capital city....
each to their own but im totally comfortable selling right now..happy to sit on the fence with cash and play money for the market.
how you can justify the market increasing further is way beyond me......love to know your reasoning on this?
