Good post taxing.

I too have been in the property market for over 7 yrs now.

We are in the development game and have been making over 40% on our developments.

I too believe the property market will hold well and out perform the share market.

Im in the Sydney market and i was lucky enough to buy a property to build my house on about 2 yrs ago and it has doubled. From $600k to $1.2m

I also feel for the guys stranded in these situations where they have been priced out of the market.

One thing that is for sure is there is still property that hasnt boomed and they may be bargain hunting still around.
