When i bought my current house on Hedges Avenue,ocean front,Mermaid Beach,Gold Coast,for $1.23million in early 1999,most of my friends thought i was crazy.

But now, you can`t buy in for under $3 million,and i receive regular offers from agents with offshore buyers.The best offer i`ve knocked back is $3.85 Million and my same friends are still calling me crazy.

But i don`t need the money and i don`t want to live anywhere else,so the offers are irrelevant to me.
