re: property- examples of winners ...big mistake ! All i can say is that all of you are going to get burnt.

You're looking in the rear vision mirror --- look out ahead. The future is never the same as the past... things change... just ask the proprty investors in Japan or Argentina.

I have outlined my reasons for being bearish on property in a couple of other threads...go read them, then argue the point with me if you see holes in my logic. I'm open to debate any issue with people.

If you can't identify any holes... why are you still invested ??
