G'day all Grant, I don't disagree with the population forecasts (please view the link at the bottom of post from bureau of stats). However as I say, the figures don't look too good for SA, check darwin though, amazing. Tasmania is attrocious. Altough I enjoy living in SA I think there are other structural problems to prevent good growth long term. Thats Leaving aside those external problems, ageing population, potential deflation, blah blah, better not say anymore I might lower the value of my own house :-0 I meant to add, nickoo did, the investment property for super syndrome. Most property investers have one property, most retirees will be underfunded. What will they sell. Aha, their investment property. All fine where populations are growing though. cheers Rod
