Taxing...you have stated that prices will increase by say 10% pa to 600,000...but why?
What's the reasoning behind this figure...?
In a rising interest rate envoronment, the capacity of potential home owners and investors to borrow is reduced, not increased.
I think your 10% figure is total wishful thinking.
You should thank god 100 times if your house in 2015 is worth as much as it is today, imho.
