yep and in nth qld the market is fast drying up as well with bugger all buyers around in all price brackets.....many properties have been up for sale for 3 months plus, no takers...mind you on many occasions its the seller that is the issue because they wont meet the market in price...longer they hold out the more they disassociate their property from the market price..
going to be tough first 6 months of next year for any sellers...
plus i think our govt isnt letting on just yet what the economy is in for..they are trying to give hints but dont want the housing sector to captulate quickly...slow letdown is the go!
