I feel for the young ones who will never be able to get a place of their own. There are a lot of people who are over 45 and made a bucket load of money in property and had nice cars OS trips, retired early etc.

The issue is what to do now. Wait, buy now, never buy, buy and rent something else, etc. etc.

Best concentrate on what the best course for you is rather than gloating that people have lost money. Most on here I suspect have already cleaned up and don't care. Times are getting harder. Good Luck to all.
