Fully agree Kingpin - but when most are talking about a 40% drop they are talking overall and the majority are under the impression that it will happen in a very short space of time. Certainly the higher end of the market will likely correct by a bigger percentage, while the lower end will only correct by a small percentage and in some cases not at all.
