Hi Kincilla either way whether it is price stagnation or growth I will still be a winner as I am building my wealth for the long term future and it is far better than having money in cash. I certainly do not believe in 40% falls in a short space of time in the overall market.
Whether there is truly a housing shortage or not at some point in the future there won't be a shortage and the demand will plateau for a while.
As always properties at the micro level will always behave very differently to the overall perspective of the market at a macro level. The key is getting into properties at the micro level that continue to do well.
