I was talking with an agent the other day that managed to sell a two bedroom fully renovated home in the township of Oaklands for $185k, and was really talking the place up, and said expect some good news about railway development there as well.

She also said she has a block of land for sale there, block is just over 2,000sq's, literally centre block of town on a corner with rear lane and said she wants $50,000, which I thought was a steal.

Unfortunatley my bank balance doesnt allow for the purchase myself however I own a parcel out there anyway, and just recently bought a parcel of land in nearby Corowa.
