In the main I agree with the gist of your post. I do, however, find it hard that we are talking about making people go to country areas to fill lower paid jobs as if they are a lower class of people. They are not and should not be treated as such. I come back to my argument where I believe Australia should be inhabited. Not just the capitol cities. Barg mentions that by sending people to regional areas to reduce the pressure on our big city infrastructure, why not send all people who want to go to these areas. And build these areas to suit.
